PRACTICE:

100% Breast Surgical Oncology 80% clinical, 20% admin, research, teaching 75th percentile MGMA compensation Assistant professor: $390–400k range, depending on rank/experience Clinical schedule includes 3 to 5 day sessions per week, depending on volumes Blocked OR day each week, can operate other days as needed No call required Department includes Breast Surgeon, Plastic Surgeon, Med Oncologist, 2 NPs, and 2 CRNAs See about 30% of all newly diagnosed breast patients in the area Full access to mammo suite, ultrasound, CT, and radiation Participate in onsite monthly tumor board

Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship Training is Required.
