Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, or other channels
Assist customers with Laerdal products and services
Coordinate and implement solutions for customers
Manage orders and resolve post-order management issues
Create and manage customer data in Salesforce
Requirements:
Minimum of two years' experience in customer service or related position
Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical proficiency with software such as Salesforce or TalkDesk

Competitive salary range: $45,000-$47,000
