We have partnered with our Addison client to find an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a Temp to Hire basis

This role will also involve reconciling bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger journal entries. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation: $23/hr
 

Some Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounts Payable Management:

  4. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  5. Other Duties

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an accounting role, with a focus on Accounts Payable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 Per Hour
