    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the aerospace industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at aerospace manufacturers.Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our fluid control solutions.Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to customize solutions according to customer specifications.Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field is required.Proven experience in technical sales within the fluid control industry, preferably selling into aerospace manufacturers.Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, valves, actuators, and related components.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.Ability to travel as needed to customer sites and industry events (approximately 30% travel expected).Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for sales management.Knowledge of regulatory standards and certifications relevant to aerospace fluid control systems.
