Job Description
The Maintenance Manager will report directly into the Operations Manager and be responsible for:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruptions to production.Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Develop and manage the maintenance budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Apply today for immediate consideration

The Successful Applicant
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred8-10 years of maintenance experience within industrial manufacturing5+ years of management or supervisory experienceExtensive knowledge of large manufacturing equipmentStrong understanding of OSHA regulations and protocolsAbility to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentLead by example and create accountability
