We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing weekly and monthly payroll for approx. 500-600 employees, accurately and timely using Paylocity, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, state and federal.

Duties:
- Process weekly and monthly payrolls for employees accurately and on time using Paylocity software
- Verify timekeeping records and consult manager assistants about any discrepancies
- Ensures gross pay, and deductions are calculated correctly
- Prepare and distribute paychecks
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
- Address payroll-related inquiries from staff

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in computerized payroll systems
- Experience with Paylocity software helpful, but not required
- Knowledge of payroll management processes
- Ability to multitask important
-Proficient using Excel
- Use of independent judgement, meet deadlines and ensure compliance with all legal and company deadlines.

Pay: $26 - $28 per hour DOE
