Product Marketing Lead, App Ads Responsibilities:

  1. Develop product strategy bridging short-term execution and long-term vision.

  2. Identify opportunities and represent voice of the market by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative, and competitive analysis.

  3. Analyze product performance, synthesize customer feedback and advocate improvements.

  4. Manage comprehensive, cross-functional activities including betas, positioning, policy and product documentation.

  5. Partner effectively with Product Management and Marketing Communications teams to lead successful product marketing communications around test and launch phases and clearly communicate value propositions of new products to go-to-market teams.

  6. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.permitted.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
  1. Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field and three years of work experience in the job offered or in a marketing-related occupation.

  2. Experience must include 36 months of experience in the following:

    1. Product marketing, including leading launch planning with associated messaging and positioning
    1. Identifying market needs by producer segment, gathering deep feedback from internal and external stakeholders
    1. Opportunity sizing and market segmentation
    1. Technology marketing
    1. Long-term Product strategy, roadmap and goaling
    1. Partnering with Engineering and Product Management to represent market requirements
    1. Quantitative analysis to develop actionable insights for Product
    1. Launching and scaling new products
    1. Collaboration and management of cross-functional stakeholders including Product Management, Data Science, User Research, Design, and Marketing Science
    1. Communication with senior executives (Directors & VPs) for sharing updates and driving key product decisions.

Public Compensation:

$234,086/year to $257,180/year + bonus + equity + benefits
