Patient Care Solutions, LLC is a homecare agency that is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. Your primary role is to ensure that the agency has a talented and motivated workforce to deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes.
As a Massachusetts-base homecare agency our primary goal is to ensure our patients can live healthy and fulfilling lives in their own homes. Our agency is nationally accredited by Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) and Certified by Medicare to provide homecare services throughout the state. We have committed to the rigorous process of CHAP accreditation, which sets the highest standards for the delivery of excellent home care services.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of employment, unemployment documents, and HR records to uphold precise files.
Performs new hire orientation (including new hire documentation) and recruiting.
Oversight of annual open enrollment, benefits and compensation planning
Participating in administrative staff meetings & potentially outside meetings.
Determines the next year in-service calendar 6 months in advance allowing for development time (CHAP and Medicare) Oversee and ensuring all homecare agency licenses are current, this includes (Nursing and HHA) this also shall including: monthly training.
Communicates at least monthly with HR staff across providers to discuss processes, changes, new policies etc.
Assists the Administrator in preparing for audits or surveys as requested.
Re-enforces HIPAA compliance with field staff and office staff.
Encourages participation in the Performance Improvement Committee program.
Actively encourages employee recognition program
May participate in college job fairs
Qualifications:
3 years of Human Resources management, preferably within the healthcare field.
Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, and employment law.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Is a self-starter able to be self-directed most of the time.
Competency with Excel, ADP Human Resources Solutions highly desirable.
