Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Atlanta is looking for a new Area Sea Logistics Systems + Process Manager to join our Sea Logistics team. Your Role The Sea Logistics Systems & Processes Manager is to be an advisory resource to the Area Sea Logistics Manager by effectively identifying issues, analyzing the facts around them, creating and designing a solution to be implemented and hand over to the Operational Care Center & Customer Care Location. In an effort to bring continued improvement and efficiencies into the business unit. As well as actively participate and assist in National or global mandated projects which are directly affecting Sea Logistics staff as the national lead. Your Responsibilities
  • You will provide the Area Sea Logistics Manager with insight on how to improve operational performance.
  • Identify issues with the direct and surrounding processes for Sea Logistics Customer Care Location and Operational Care Center staff
  • Design solutions for improved performance for Sea Logistics Customer Care Location and Operational Care Center staff
  • Automate the process of Sea Logistics Customer Care Location and Operational Care Center staff where possible
  • Analyze Training Topics and communicate needs to National Training Team & support national trainings
  • Support training Sea Logistics Customer Care Location and Operational Care Center in new Sea Logistics processes and Sea Logistics system integration
  • Identify system concerns impacting Customer Care Location and Operational Care Center and provide solutions
Your Skills and Experiences
  • 1+ years' experience in Sea Logistics 
  • 1+ years' Leadership Experience
  • You have high knowledge of Logistics, Operations and Import/Export regulations
