Description: Judge is seeking an experienced and motivated Beef Grinder Manager to oversee a meat processing facility. As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing productivity. This is a senior leadership role with a focus on safety, profitability, and team management.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the meat grinder plant, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Staff Management: Lead and mentor a team of technicians, supervisors, and production staff.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement processes to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Monitor expenses, labor costs, and raw material usage to meet financial targets.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, food safety standards, and workplace safety protocols.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in meat processing, with a focus on beef grinding.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and food safety standards.
  • SQF Certification or knowledge
Compensation
  • Competitive salary: $140,000 per year (negotiable based on experience).
