The Machine Learning Model Delivery As a Service (ML MDAS) product delivery lead will support features across array of personas that include Risk, Regulatory and CCB Business modeling -Marketing & Operations. Reporting into ML MDAS Area Product Owner in CCB Risk Data, Analytics and Technology Organization, the Senior Product Associate is responsible for ensuring Machine Learning Models are implemented, supported, and monitored while you navigate through and solve complex challenges. The candidate must be able to effectively influence, partner and communicate with key stakeholders, across functional areas including Technology, Modeling and Strategy organizations. Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage product stakeholders for new work intake process. Understands what the team is working on and supports the team in their efforts toward execution. Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Owners to manage dependencies. Strives to be flexible and fill in where the team needs support while also keeping the team moving in the right direction.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in detailing the issues within the backlog and prioritizes to maximize efforts. Support model delivery team by adopting and adapting agile practices throughout the product development lifecycle. Analyze business requirements, user needs, and understand partner systems to draft user stories and business requirements documents.
  • Provide insight on tech and business team dynamics. Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle. Ensures that the APO has what they need to fulfill their role.
  • Participate in key events/meetings with the mindset to lead by example and encourage team growth.
  • Drive to identify creative solutions to problems that the team encounters; inspires the team to think outside the box when issues arise.
  • Act as voice of the customer and drive product vision. Facilitate & drive customer focused solutions across the organization.
  • Embraces the fail-fast mentality and understands the value in identifying failure as a method to improve.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • BS in Computer Science, Business Management, or comparable field of study
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience working on agile enabled teams using JIRA or similar product agility tools
  • Strong verbal/presentation and written communications skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency in facilitating group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities within teams to achieve product goals
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and influence all levels across an organization.
  • Experience developing, tracking and measuring OKRs and outcomes
  • Ability to synthesize ambiguous customer needs into clear product requirements
  • Strong project management skills to meet tight deadlines and ability to solve difficult situations


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • MS in Computer Science, Business Management, or comparable field of study preferred
  • 5+ years experience in product management or relevant domain area is preferred.
