Daily Responsibilities of the Intensive In-Home Team Lead:
Conducts ongoing evaluation, assessment, counseling, and treatment to children/families in need of services.
Work closely with the person-served physician, other clinical staff, and community agencies.
The Licensed In-Home Therapist applies principles of Evidence Based Practice to all services provided and ensures team members maintain fidelity to the treatment model.
Conducts weekly meetings with the Intensive In Home team to provide supervision, monitor implementation of the Person Centered Plan, manage productivity, and monitor the overall performance of the team.
The Licensed Therapist will also lead the team and ensure that the team is made of employees who meet the requirements as set forth in the service definition.
Monitors the team to family ratio to ensure compliance with Medicaid service definition requirements.
The Licensed TherapistTeam Lead will review documentation of team members and ensure all notes are submitted within a timely manner, meet Medicaid requirements, and address the goals as written in the Person Centered Plan. Ensures notes are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
The Licensed In-Home Therapist will provide assistance with rehabilitation, crisis management, as well as individual therapy and individual counseling.
Qualifications of the Intensive In-Home Team Lead:
LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, or LMFTA
Must be licensed in the state of North Carolina
$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS, along with annual bonuses
HRSA approved site offering student loan repayment assistance program for fully-licensed clinicians
