Transaction Verification Processing Associate 

$16.00 HR

 As a Transaction Verification Processing Associate, you will be working on various projects.â¯These projects involve researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information utilizing different systems. Qualified candidates will bring a positive approach to meeting the high demands of a busy work environment. This position will provide open enrollment transaction support. 

What you will be doing:  

  • Process all transactions and perform all tasks accurately within the procedural guidelines and without Errors. 
  • Meet or exceed the Daily Productivity standards for each task performed. 
  • Meet performance standards for Quality, as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) with no errors. 
  • Exhibit exemplary customer service internally and externally.
  • Maintain a strong understanding and knowledge of the procedures and operating systems used to perform your work. 
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks, to meet contract guidelines.
  • Prepares records for inquiries of SSA account requesting beginning and ending balance for each month up to 3 yrs. upon
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

  • This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees must be flexible to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our business hours.

Requirements: 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age 
  • Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education 
  • Be able to successfully pass a background check, credit check, security clearance, and fingerprinting 
  • 1-3 years Customer Service in the banking industry, payment processing, acquirer/merchant fraud prevention
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
