Role Overview: We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-only basis. You will focus on selling our AI-powered reporting solutions to AEC firms. This is an exceptional opportunity for those looking to drive sales and build a lucrative career in a cutting-edge tech environment.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through calling inbound leads, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Demonstrate the value of our products through presentations and product demonstrations. Meet and exceed sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities Provide feedback to the product team on client needs and market trends to help shape our product development. Act as a brand ambassador for InspectMind AI at all times.

Requirements:

Willing to make a lot of phone calls to generate deals & close deals (to both outbound & inbound) Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets. Excellent phone communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients. Comfortable with high-volume outbound & inbound calling. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is preferred but not essential. Open to working weekends and non-standard hours when necessary. Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the tech industry. Compatible with InspectMind’s collaborative culture
