We are looking for a Regulatory Label Specialist to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Research Triangle Park, NC.           

 

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement - 3 days working in the office and 2 days working remotely from home each week. Domestic relocation assistance available, if applicable.

As a Regulatory Label Specialist, you will perform high-volume document control and technical writing to support regulatory data and compliance. Your attention to detail and project management skills will be utilized to coordinate regulated pesticide label layouts for business-to-business (B2B) labels and managing the third-party labeling process while maintaining accurate records and database entries.

  • Demonstrating ability to handle multiple projects concurrently under time constraints; critical deadlines are a constant factor, and there is a constant need to interact with and obtain work from colleagues)
  • Attention to detail and technical understanding of processes as they relate to the use, research, development, and registration of pesticides.
  • Performing high volume document control and technical writing activities to support regulatory data and compliance management.
  • Coordinating regulated pesticide label layouts for business-to-business (B2B) labels.
  • Checking label content while ensuring strict adherence to all applicable safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and database entries for label versions and changes.
  • Managing the supplemental distributor (third-party) process.
  • Technical writing, document management and quality control of FIFRA pesticide labels.
If you have...
  • A PhD in in related scientific discipline with a minimum 1+ years’ experience in a regulated industry, a MS in in related scientific discipline with a minimum 3+ years’ experience in a regulated industry, or BA/BS degree in related scientific discipline with a minimum 5+ years’ experience in a regulated industry.
  • Excellent track record of communicating and collaborating closely across multiple business units within an organization.
  • The ability to contribute to culture that fosters teamwork both inside and outside the department.
  • Knowledge of FIFRA and labeling requirements and processes is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural industry would be a plus.
