Mental Health Case Manager (CM Maui)#MEDICAL_INDEED

ALTRES Medical is immediately seeking Case Managers to provide mental health services to the Maui Behavioral Health Clinic offices in Lahaina and Wailuku.

This position will require working at various shelters throughout Maui, primarily in the Lahaina area but candidates must be willing to travel to other locations as needed. This position is in-person only, no tele-health opportunities available at this time.

We are looking for multiple Case Managers who can start ASAP with the possibility of on-going opportunities at the Maui Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic in Lahaina and Wailuku.

Hours Full-time, Sunday to Saturday availability, 8:00am-5:00pm Location

Pay $35 an hour Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency mental health services to people affected by the Maui wildfires and the Behavioral Health Clinics offices.
  • Work with patients of all ages with various psychiatric, substance abuse, and/or medical disorders.
  • Maintain accurate medical records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
  • 2 years of professional work experience helping individuals and their families find satisfactory ways of identifying their problems, coping with their conditions and functioning effectively within their environments.
