Join Lucid Software as a Product Manager and spearhead the development of AI features that solve real user problems. We’re looking for someone who can translate our vision of AI into practical, innovative solutions that address our users' needs.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate across teams to ideate, develop, and deploy AI functionalities that make our products more intuitive and effective. You'll be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge AI into our visual collaboration tools, directly improving how our users interact with our technology.

Responsibilities: 

  • Utilize knowledge of AI principles and applications to influence product development, leveraging hands-on experience in professional settings.
  • Take ownership of developing and launching AI-powered features and products for Lucid's active users.
  • Collaborate with multiple product teams and other PMs to rapidly test, de-risk, and validate new technologies and innovative canvas experiences.
  • Manage product features or themes throughout their lifecycle, including ideation, strategy, discovery, validation, definition, delivery, release, analysis, and iteration.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in product management at great SaaS product companies
  • Experience with products and features powered by AI/ML
  • Experience with rapid testing, learning, and derisking techniques, including user research/contextual inquiry, prototype testing, beta programs, and phased releases
  • Track record of strong partnerships with engineering and design leaders on both technical and design-heavy projects 
  • Ability to thrive within a team, fostering strong relationships with colleagues across various departments.
  • Eager to engage in rapid experimentation and innovation, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Keeping up with rapidly evolving AI landscape and latest technologies 
  • Actively use AI in your daily work and personal projects to solve real-world problems, demonstrating a hands-on approach to technology application.
