Key Responsibilities- Research and develop novel generative AI models for applications such as text-to-video synthesis, machine translation, and text-to-speech.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy scalable, real-time generative AI systems in the cloud, optimizing for efficiency, latency, and memory usage.
- Design and conduct experiments to train and validate generative AI models, ensuring high quality and performance.
- Consult with Sorenson management on new generative AI directions and opportunities, recommending innovative products that leverage generative AI to enable human communication.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current research, technologies, and emerging trends in generative AI to inform and guide the development of cutting-edge solutions.
- PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an AI field, with a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques.
- Proven track record of solving complex problems with innovative solutions, demonstrating the ability to develop novel algorithms and adapt existing methods to new challenges.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and libraries like Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and C++, and experience with data preprocessing and analysis tools such as NumPy and pandas.
