Provide management and program analysis in support of Construction Work in Progress (CWIP). Develop process instructions and procedures for capitalizing capital assets. Evaluate operation effectiveness and management efficiency and productivity. Conduct annual risk assessments to determine what programs are at risk and require an in-depth program review.
Provide contract administration and financial and budget support for ship and aircraft procurement and maintenance programs. Provide guidance and training involving policy, contracts, invoices, accounting, reports, reconciliation and documentation maintenance, and retention.
Account for all types of equipment, material, and property furnished to the Government. Ensure accountability, inventory, utilization, and disposal of property. Conduct inventory and utilization surveys, assist in resolving problems, and oversee maintenance of an automated system of detailed quantitative property records. Oversee one or more elements or parts of supply or property management systems through supply or property management methods, policies, or procedures.
