Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the local infrastructure, network and system administration, desktop hardware, software, peripherals and communication devices.
Provides Global Service Center (GSC) support to maintain service level objectives; maintains up to date knowledge of Enterprise system and network status to facilitate effective resolution to customer issues.
Manages the LCM program within the assigned org developing hardware requirements, plans and schedules for the deployment, distribution, installation, and disposal of new, modified and legacy infrastructure, hardware, operating systems, and software.
Serves as the property custodian for the assigned organization managing all property transactions including hand receipts, equipment transfers, and annual physical inventories.
Performs Information Assurance Technical Level II duties. Coordinates the day-to-day and emergency infrastructure, system, desktop and information assurance problems.
Serves as the local SME to develop, test and deploy specific packages, patches, and upgrades to maintain the Enterprise's Information Assurance posture.
