**Job Summary:**

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for performing continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. This individual will prepare and execute proprietary information agreements, support sourcing strategies, and document contracts and agreements. Effective communication of performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply to inform procurement decisions.
  • Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements to protect company interests.
  • Support sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements.
  • Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • More than 2 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • More than 2 years of experience working within systems such as Network Procurement (NWP) or SAP (4HANA).
  • More than 2 years of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • More than 1 year of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
