Base salary of $115k - $140K depending on experience.Responsibilities
- Evaluate process conditions, provide analysis, and coordinate the implementation of process improvements in the cement plants and other processes.
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, Material Sciences, or Mining Engineering or equivalentRequirements/Qualifications
Minimum of 7years of relatedexperience with 4yearsin cement manufacturing. Experience at multiple cement plants preferred.Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.Must be able to work cooperatively with plant and corporate personnel.Must have the ability to multi-task with competing priorities.Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must have leadership skills to give directives and coordinate staffing and contractor needs.Will be required to lead meetings, maintain records, develop reports, and make presentations.Must have above-average mathematical abilities.Must be able to travel to other facilities and locations.Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
