Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Staff Manager to join our team In this role you will get to serve as a technical expert/SME (Subject Matter Expert) for a Technical Security team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leads a team in the execution of advanced solutions strategies.

  • Works with company leadership and Project Managers to deliver professional technical services and solutions.

  • Stays up to date with current trends and developments.

  • Provides business updates to clients, vendors, and/or leadership.

  • Analyses, recommends, and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team; develops technical talent.

  • Establishes and maintains technical standards and policies.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years experience within a technical field or related industry.

  • Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

  • Demonstrated team leader experience and skills.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • The ability to effectively lead a team.

  • The ability to set priorities, organize tasks and allot time across different activities.

  • The ability to communicate effectively with management and team members.

Salary Range:

$46.35 - $81.11

This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to be posted for an average of 30 days until a qualified applicant is selected or the position has been cancelled.
