Store Experience Strategic Planning

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What you'll do
- Develop and drive clear process for establishing & measuring objectives and key results for strategic store experience investments
- Plan and facilitate holistic qualitative and quantitative insights working sessions, elevate key insights and recommends actions
- Engage in strategic assessment of data, identifying gaps, connections and providing insights and recommendations to influence strategies and improve planning
- Own collaborative process for insights roadmap, partnering to develop, manage and evolve processes supporting learning and insights from strategic store experience investments
- Develop strong written and visual content to communicate insights, recommended action plans and progress against OKRs across multiple audiences
Basic qualifications
- 5 years demonstrated leadership across complex work steams
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work cross functionally with different stakeholders
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively visualize data
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working in retail management, operations, merchandising, design, marketing
- 5 years program management experience
