As the Future Store Experience Strategy Associate Manager, you will influence the direction of the store experience in our portfolio of over 800 stores. Leveraging customer, brand and industry research, you will collaborate across the organization and elevate the most impactful opportunities to deliver and evolve our store experience strategy in service of our enterprise priorities. In this role, you’ll drive progress through building relationships, navigating complexity and making connections.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you’ll do
  • Set strategic planning and processes direction for evolving our Future Store Experience Strategy in support of enterprise customer & brand strategy
  • Identify connections, clearly document, influence prioritization and make recommendations around prioritization of efforts in service of enterprise priorities
  • Build partnerships and guide strategy evolution with holistic insights grounded in collaborative assessment of research, qualitative and quantitative data
  • Co-create, evolve and drive organizational alignment against Store Format strategies
  • Drive alignment across key executive stakeholders & business owners of future store experience priorities, OKRs, progress, critical gaps, and escalation of risks

Basic qualifications
  • 5 years leadership experience across complex work streams
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to different audiences
  • Ability to work cross functionally with different stakeholders
  • Previous experience working in retail, operations, merchandising, design or marketing
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point)

Preferred qualifications
  • 5 years of program management experience
