Managing Director, Enterprise Analytics Operations

We are currently seeking a Managing Director, Enterprise Analytics Operations to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Analytics (EA) function, collaborating with EA leadership to achieve departmental goals, supporting enterprise wide collaboration for AI, data analytics and marketing research, and creating a cohesive and strategic approach to fostering a data-driven culture throughout the organization. This role has oversight of communicating progress and results in measurable outcomes, developing governance and points of accountability, and working across the divisions to support business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities 

Ensures alignment and transparency regarding priorities, initiatives, project timelines, and resource allocations across the Enterprise Analytics team. Ensures teams have the necessary resources and sponsorship to deliver high-impact insights and analytics that address business needs at the enterprise level. Identifies and builds inclusive and collaborative partnerships across multiple departments (e.g., IT, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations) to lead programs with company-wide impact.Works with cross-functional teams and experts to review recommendations, generate options and make decisions, identifying communication paths and training needs. Fosters innovative thinking and develops decision criteria, considering all relevant factors.Facilitates the integration of data-driven insights and analytics into the organization’s business strategy and operational decision-making, introducing frameworks and methodology to accelerate change adoption and new capabilities.Champions the establishment of a data-driven culture throughout the organization, emphasizing consumer-centric analytics.Collaborates with EA leaders and Marketing to develop and execute communications plan, elevating visibility of insights to teams across Insperity and externally to solidify Insperity’s market position.Demonstrates comprehensive familiarity with the capabilities and expertise of the EA team, actively identifies opportunities to engage subject matter experts into business discussion at appropriate point and for maximum impact.Collaborates and shares relevant insights and analysis with internal stakeholders and directs development of project plans as needed, ensuring attention to detail and achievement of results.Demonstrates strong leadership skills by inspiring and motivating teams while fostering a culture of empathy and understanding.Develops, coaches, and mentors team members to leverage key strengths and develop new team and individual competencies.Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics) is required.Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Ten or more years of experience in an intelligence or consulting role is required.Deep understanding of data analytics, statistical methods, and data visualization.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with team members across all levels in the organization, interact in complex situations, develop effective strategic relationships and thrive in a cross-functional environment.Exemplary time management skills.  Ability to utilize organization and planning expertise to prioritize initiatives, schedule meetings and resolve work conflicts. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively inspire and guide teams toward achieving strategic objectives.Adept at resolving issues that arise, whether they involve workplace conflicts, vendor challenges or customer and partner concerns. Ability to find and implement solutions that helps to bolster the organization’s resilience and adaptability.Flexibility to adjust strategies based on business needs and emerging trends.
