The Opportunity
The Sr Director, Ops Excellence and Program Management is responsible for supporting and enabling the organization's projects, programs, and structured work activities. Develops and directs the strategic planning of multiple projects. Oversees coordination of personnel and resources required to successfully complete projects.
What Youâll Work On
⢠Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of projects.
⢠Responsible for the implementation of Class A and Business Excellence throughout the ADC Global Operations Network.
⢠Leads strategic, global business improvement strategies and initiatives across operations and supply chain.
⢠Works with the Global Operations, R&D and Commercial Leadership team to develop a fully integrated business excellence strategy for ADC that will ensure the success of the business and improved economic profitability.
⢠Manages the Global Operations Project Portfolio.
⢠Responsible for directing project efforts involving multiple cross-functional teams.
⢠Maintains effective communication with senior management, providing awareness of critical issues and action plans for resolution of issues.
⢠Develops and iterates strategies to deliver business unit programs.
⢠Plans and directs schedules.
⢠Monitors multiple programs/projects from concept to completion.
⢠Prioritizes project efforts in order to align with business needs.
⢠Organizes interdepartmental and cross-functional activities ensuring completion of the projects to timelines, and within budget constraints.
⢠Assigns and monitors work of project staff, providing support and direction.
⢠Responsible for the development and prioritization of project plans and methodologies across a wide range of projects.Â
⢠Oversees the distribution of project portfolio/program information to executive management, directors and other key personnel
⢠Analyzes the impact of changes in existing projects or addition of new projects and identifies strategies (resources allocation/project sequencing) for accomplishing all desired projects----identifies project interrelationships that affect priority and resources allocation decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree  in Engineering, Technical, Science, or Business Â
- Minimum 10 years leading significant projects and/or teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience leading strategic, global business improvement strategies and initiatives, preferably across operations and supply chain.
- Experience implementing an integrated business strategy with cross-functional stakeholders preferably in Global Operations, R&D and Commercial teams.
- Demonstrated ability leading global change management initiatives, including evaluating the impact of planned change, identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change, and developing communication plans relevant to change initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate globally dispersed teams & align them to a common vision.

The base pay for this position is $211,600.00 â $423,200.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
