Summary

This position is located in the Pharmacy Department of the Cass Lake Indian Health Service (CLIHS) located in Cass Lake, Minnesota in the Bemidji Area. The purpose of this position is to serve as the principal customer service support for the Pharmacy Department, to free for direct patient care responsibilities.



Duties

  • Greet and direct patients presenting to the Pharmacy Department for utilizing of pharmacy services at the front window.
  • Answer and screen telephone calls and uses knowledge of the organization, programs, operations and procedure to make proper deposition of inquiries.
  • Perform office automation duties to prepare documents such as correspondence, forms, and reports which can include technical materials, graphs, and charts.
  • Receive and route incoming and outgoing material such as controlled or routine correspondence, reports memorandums, and other forms of written communication.
