Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong experience in project management within the FDA-regulated industry, with experience in process or procedure writing and proficiency in software similar to Excel or MS Project. This role will involve working closely with engineers to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities Project Management

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor project progress.

Process and Procedure Writing

  • Develop and update processes and procedures to support project activities.

  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Software Proficiency

  • Utilize project management software such as Excel or MS Project to track project progress, manage resources, and generate reports.

  • Train team members on the use of project management tools and software.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineers, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure project requirements are met.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in project management methodologies.

Hard Skills

  • Project Management and Planning

  • PMP would be a huge plus

  • Task Management, timelines

  • Excel and MS Project

  • Projects related to supply chain or distribution centers

  • Medical device or other regulated environment industry would be a plus
