Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Director Patient Care for Community Medical Center. Progressive Care Unit (2C).

Community Medical Center, is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state s newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County s largest and most active health care facility caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients and 73,700 emergency department patients each year.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master s preferred
Current New Jersey RN Licensure
BLS required.(American Heart Association)
Candidates must have 3-5 years of leadership experience

Scheduling Requirements:

Full Time 40 hours per week

Essential Functions:

Staff includes RN's, CNA's & Unit Secretaries.
Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of the Unit
An integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at CMC
Responsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care
This individual is responsible to have 24/7 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfaction,
