A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard and integrate new clients, as well as developing existing client relationships.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client matters pertaining to your portfolio of accounts.
  • Act as your client’s representative to ensure expectations are exceeded with emphasis on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Collect and analyze data to learn more about client behavior and identify trends.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate progress updates of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and report on key account metrics.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, or relevant role.
  • Experience making outbound phone calls to customers.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (ex. Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Strong track and experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening skills and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field required.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
