Privately owned company with long standing reputation in the fastener industry in the greater hill country area, who is looking to grow the business and has many opportunities for advancement. We service directly on site in addition to a walk-in store front. New associates will be trained in house at the Georgetown location to familiarize them with customers, products and equipment. We will train in both in inventory and mechanical aspects of the job. Outside sales associate are provide an outfitted box truck, computers and phone to conduct business.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include servicing customers with onsite sales and maintenance of tools of new and existing customers within your territory that is created by the salesman, evaluating customer's needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate is Bi-lingual, has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills. Must be self-motivating and have good time management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and new customers.

Travel to meet and service accounts and manage their orders.

Meet or exceed designated sales targets.

Know Product inventory and knowledge of applications.

Qualifications

Must be Bi-lingual.

Must be able to move 50lbs repeatedly through the day.

High school diploma/GED required.

Previous experience in outside sales

Outgoing, team player with positive attitude
