  • Develop and maintain cost control procedures for all food and beverage operations;
Monitor inventory levels and ensure that food and beverage costs are within budget;Work closely with the F&B team to analyse costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction;Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction, such as portion control, menu engineering, and waste reduction;Maintain accurate records of all food and beverage purchases, inventory levels, and costs;Provide timely financial reporting to management, including cost analysis and variance reporting;Provide training and support to F&B staff on cost control procedures and best practices;Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations;Assist with special projects as assigned by management;

The Successful Applicant

At least 3 years of experience in F&B cost control or a related field.Strong analytical and financial skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost control software Adaco.
