In this role you will be responsible for:

Partner with leaders of our AbbVie Patient Services to understand their business strategy and goals in a way that you can help deliver technology solutions that help them work towards their objectives. Understand their needs, business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.Facilitate sessions, collecting requirements, and providing recommendations to meet those requirements.Provide expert guidance and support to cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Manage functional systems testing, UAT planning and user education through training of newly released functionality that may include new modules or new functionality within patient services systems.Develop project plans and other supporting documentation, including business requirements, user stories, business process maps, detailed functional and technical design specifications, and test plans.Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, generating reports and insights to drive data-driven decision-making.Expertly navigate and master the systems and applications supported, including data and governance. Lead data analysts in tackling intricate business inquiries, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of data nuances, limitations, and optimal analysis approaches to deliver precise and impactful insights.Utilize acquired knowledge and skills to enhance our services and solutions. Analyze and evaluate vendor capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement these services, ultimately increasing value for healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders. Take charge of exploring emerging technologies and operating models such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, and omni-channel marketing to recommend and spearhead the development of solutions that elevate the services provided by the AbbVie Patient Services team.Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices.Comply with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

Tools and skills you will use in this role:

Requirement lifecycle management, epic and story creation, change management, functional testing, coordinating user acceptance test, perform user demo and educate users about systems through engaging training and media.Process flow mapping and data flow mapping using tools using likes of MS office, MS Visio, Lucidchart, SmartDraw etcManage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients and strong interpersonal communication.Jira/ConfluenceSDLC process for the system development delivery.Basic literacy in data analysis using SQL and MS Office suite.Develop and deliver highly impactful and creative presentations.
Qualifications

Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role:

Required

Bachelor's Degree with 7 years experience; Master's Degree with 6 years experience; PhD with 2 years experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate should be able to understand complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. The candidate should be able to evaluate options and make informed decisions to drive successful outcomes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language is important for successful project implementation.Experience in digital solutions and connected ecosystems like consumer digital journey, customer data platform, consumer apps/devices, consumer campaign and omni-channel marketing, consumer campaign.5+ years of experience in understanding business needs, determining pain points, understanding business requirements, deriving, and detailing system requirements and systems blueprints. Adept at writing Epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, perform process mapping and data mapping and assessing impact of business changes on systems.5+ years of experience in leading requirement grooming, sprint planning, backlog management, functional test planning, UAT planning and deployment coordination.

Beneficial

Experience in Biopharma commercial sales and marketing processes. Understanding industry-specific regulations, trends, and challenges can help the candidate accelerate through the learning curve and provide tailored solutions.Product owner /Scrum master certification. Understanding of SalesForce landscape like SalesForce and marketing cloud.Understanding of Artificial Intelligence principles, GenAI, functional and technology stack.
