Key Responsibilities:Â
- Collaborate with events team to understand audio-video requirements for private events.Â
- Set up, strike, and operate audio-visual equipment for various events happening at Geodis Park.Â
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events.Â
- Manage digital content for private events as assignedÂ
- Coordinate matchday performance audio support with bands and NSC fan engagement teamÂ
- High school diploma or bachelorâs degree in Audio-Visual Production, Media Technology, or related field preferred.Â
- 1 -2 years of proven experience in audio-visual coordination for events, preferably in a sports or entertainment venue.Â
- Familiarity with live event production and the challenges associated with large-scale events.Â
- Proficient in operating professional A/V equipment, including digital audio consoles, wireless microphones, projectors, cameras, and lighting.Â
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to address technical issues promptly.Â
- Familiarity with content creation and management tools (Adobe Suite).Â
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Â
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Â
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing event dynamics.Â
- Must be able to lift 50lbs to move equipment around stadium for various events.Â
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Â
- Year-round outdoor work for major events.Â
- Qualified Promise Zones Residents given priority treatment.Â
