What you will do:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft an inspiring vision for the product, and passionately bringing it to life through your innovative designs

Design and execute industry-leading products from concept creation to commercialization, setting new standards in performance and style. Craft inspiring seasonal design themes that captivate and excite our audience, driving the future of athletic footwear. How you will do it:

Dive deep into consumer insights and collaborate with the design team to infuse seasonal themes with fresh, relevant ideas.

Work closely with senior design management and PLMs, blending creativity and strategy to shape standout seasonal themes. Partner with development teams to guarantee our products are both cost-effective and packed with value, pushing the boundaries of what's possible. What success looks like:

Achieving tasks with precision and meeting timelines, ensuring every project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Adapting swiftly and efficiently to changing demands, demonstrating agility and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining a process-focused and organized approach, ensuring smooth workflows and consistent quality. Years of related professional experience: 6 years minimum of experience designing and developing innovative footwear.

Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Deep expertise in footwear construction, with a keen understanding of the intricacies that make a shoe both functional and stylish. Proven experience in creating technical design packages and bringing industrial product designs to life, from concept to completion. Skilled in design research and trend analysis, always staying ahead of the curve and infusing fresh ideas into your work. $96,768.00 USD - $120,960.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
