Dive deep into consumer insights and collaborate with the design team to infuse seasonal themes with fresh, relevant ideas.
Work closely with senior design management and PLMs, blending creativity and strategy to shape standout seasonal themes. Partner with development teams to guarantee our products are both cost-effective and packed with value, pushing the boundaries of what's possible. What success looks like:

Years of related professional experience: 6 years minimum of experience designing and developing innovative footwear.
Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Proven experience in creating technical design packages and bringing industrial product designs to life, from concept to completion. A track record of designing successful products that have made a mark in the industry and delighted consumers. Skilled in design research and trend analysis, always staying ahead of the curve and infusing fresh ideas into your work. Strong design sketching / rendering / visual communication skills Understanding of the outdoor industry, running industry preferred Proficient in adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator) Effectively manage timeline and problem solve quickly Future vision, High taste-level and strategic thinking Knowledge of form, color, materials, human factors, related to elevating the consumer experience Ability to translate consumer knowledge and insights into product solutions and narratives Proven experience working in cross-functional teams Strong communication and relationship management skills Experience in technical footwear design Must be able to build accurate 2D technical drawings (tech packs) and translate to 3D Hiring Range:
$96,768.00 USD - $120,960.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
