The role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help accelerate our rapid growth plans by hiring top talent that will drive our growth and culture We are seeking individuals who will own the coordination process while always striving for excellence and a world class candidate experience.

This position is a 6 month contract with the potential to extend and will be based in our San Francisco office.

You will:

  • Schedule complex phone, virtual, and in-person interviews working across multiple time zones
  • Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including room bookings, travel arrangements, and greeting candidates onsite
  • Build strong relationships with our recruiting team and hiring managers to drive an exceptional recruiting process
  • Own the end-to-end candidate experience while always having an input on improving the recruiting process
  • Master our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools, and organizational products, including Greenhouse, GoodTime, Notion, and Google Workspace

  • Have proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism

Where does Watershed work?

We have hub offices in San Francisco, New York and London, and some remote team members in the US and EU. Most of our jobs need to be in San Francisco / New York / London, but certain jobs are open to being remote and will be specifically noted on the jobs page and in the job description.

What’s the interview process like?

It starts the same for every candidate: getting to know the team members through 1 to 2 conversations about Watershed, your experience, and your interests. Next steps can vary by role, but usual next steps are a skill or experience screen (e.g. a coding interview for an engineer, a portfolio review for a designer, deeper experience call for other roles) which leads to a virtual or in person interview panel after that if the screens go well. We prioritize transparency and lack of surprise throughout the process.
