The Opportunity

The AI PMO organization is pivotal in leading and delivering our new Gen AI solutions to grow the organization in collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services teams. As a Project Manager, reporting to the Vice-President, AI PMO, you will be instrumental throughout the implementations that not only enhance customer satisfaction but also support new business opportunities that drive revenue growth for OpenText.

As an AI Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering of AI solutions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand their unique challenges and identify opportunities where AI can deliver significant value to customers. Work with IT teams to implement Professional services use cases on adoption of our internal AI Tool and report on the status, KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of AI Fundamentals, drive AI usage, help with driving data analysis, data cleansing activities across AI offerings.

  • Project Management: Developing and executing comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, and budgets.

  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
