Personal Qualifications:

 An attitude of ownership in your work; and client satisfaction in quality of work
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
 Positive and professional attitude
 Self-motivated, outgoing individuals who excel when working alongside other team members and clients; and experience as a structural leader for projects
 Candidates must exhibit a working knowledge in a variety of materials
 Oregon P.E. license (minimum of PE registration) with 4-12 years of experience in structural design
 Knowledge of industry computer analysis and design software such as RISA, RAM, and Revit

Position Entails:

 Involvement in project from design to construction phase completion
 Working closely with architects, team members and contractors
 Working as a project manager making independent engineering decisions
 Responsible for managing and/or supervising; and coordination/reviewing the work of less experienced engineers
