Your Opportunity:

As a Digital Paid Ads Specialist, you will be on the front lines of our digital marketing efforts, using your expertise to drive customer acquisition through targeted digital channels. This is a full-time position reporting to the Chief Marketing and Operations Officer. As a Digital Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing high-budget ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads. You will work with our internal teams to track, analyze, and adjust campaigns for peak performance, ensuring that MyBambu remains competitive in the digital space. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and certified across key ad platforms, with a passion for customer acquisition and data-driven marketing strategies.
You Are
Certified: Google Ads, Facebook Ads certifications are required, and TikTok Ads certification is preferred.
Experienced: 3+ years of experience managing Real-Time Bidding (RTB) platforms and handling high-budget digital campaigns.
Analytical: Strong skills in analyzing data, trends, and metrics to optimize campaign performance.
Communicative: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present performance insights effectively.
Customer-Focused: Passionate about driving customer acquisition and growth through digital channels.
Adaptable: You can shift focus quickly and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You Will

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital advertising strategies to optimize customer acquisition.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with the marketing and business teams to align campaigns with company objectives.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance and insights.
  • Implement proactive strategies to ensure that MyBambu stays competitive in the evolving digital landscape.


Experience:

  • Required: 3+ years of experience working with Real-Time Bidding (RTB) platforms and managing digital ad campaigns.
  • Certifications: Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are mandatory. TikTok Ads certification is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in ad management platforms.
  • Language: Bilingual- Spanish is required.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
