Job Summary:Hilton Experience ONQ Highly Preferred
We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the front desk and night audit functions. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks such as general cashiering, accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:
- Process the Daily Revenue Report Daily. M3 software.

- Processing the daily cash counts and deposits.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Support the accounting team with clerical tasks as needed

- Managing chargebacks in a timely manner.
- Utilize M3 software is preferred.

Skills:
- Punctual, highly organized, detail oriented and team player.
- Knowledge and previous experience of the Front desk and night audit functions is preferred.
- Knowledge with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

-Knowledge of basic accounting practices in accordance to GAAP.
- Ability to manage the daily cash counts and deposits accurately.

- Ability to manage the cashiers house banks accurately.
- Previous experience as an accounting clerk is a plus but not necessary.(Hilton Experience Highly Preferred)
