Job Description

The AML/OFAC Compliance Advisory Consultant will be responsible for the following:

Evaluate KYC files to ensure alignment with Bank policies and Regulatory Standards regarding Financial Security.Provide regulatory advice to Bank personnel regarding planned activities and transactions.Monitor daily transactions to uphold adherence to prevailing BSA/AML regulatory norms.Scrutinize daily reports and reconcile all transactional and customer data uploads within compliance databases.

The Successful Applicant

The AML/OFAC Compliance Advisory Consultant should have the following background:

Strong understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and regulations.Familiarity with financial security measures and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) protocols.Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements effectively.Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in reviewing and issuing opinions.Experience in providing guidance and support to colleagues on regulatory matters.Prior experience in conducting compliance reviews and assessments.Proficient in utilizing compliance databases and software for transaction monitoring and reporting.Strong communication skills to articulate regulatory guidance and recommendations effectively.
