    Job Description



  • Continuously monitor the bank's operations and activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations. Identify and assess areas of potential risk and develop strategies to address them.


Design and execute compliance testing procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and regulatory adherence. Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports on findings.

Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Provide guidance on the implications of regulatory changes and recommend necessary updates to internal policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)) is a plus.

Proven experience (3+ years) in compliance monitoring, testing, or a related field within the financial services industry, preferably in a retail banking environment.

Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.

Excellent analytic skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and assess their impact on operations.
