Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve Quality department goals, aligning with project schedules and contract requirements.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and military specifications to ensure compliance with government and customer contract standards.
  • Support the resolution of Non-Conformance reports (NCs) by verifying that corrective actions have been effectively implemented.
  • Participate in and support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities within the Quality Department.
  • Assist in creating and delivering training programs as needed to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to departmental and company procedures as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a related technical field and 0 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles; or
  • Associates degree in a related technical field and 4 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance or similar responsibilities.
  • Broad knowledge of quality assurance engineering, electrical or mechanical engineering, or applied sciences.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a strong dedication to excellence.
