  6. Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Leverage real-time insights from customer interactions to inform sales strategies.
  7. Market Analysis and Expansion: Analyze market and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for expanding DermaSensor's reach.

  10. Compliance and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience as an Inside Sales leader, ideally within the healthcare or medical technology sectors. Digital health and/or subscription-based service model experience a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions.
  7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  8. Experience working in a start-up environment.
  9. Ability to work onsite in Miami headquarters 2-3 days per week.
