What You Will Do
Join a fast-growing team of software and PM professionals and be the lead technical PM who will coordinate the efforts of all the programs in the team.You will focus on key strategic initiatives including process improvement programs that deliver results.
- Manage and track programs across the organization including software development, software deliverables, process improvements, etc.
- Lead weekly program core team meetings with cross-functional teams to communicate updates, track progress, and ensure that the program is on track to meet upcoming milestones
- Identify and communicate program risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate hardware & software engineering solutions
- Maintain documentation and disseminate project information to stakeholders
- Publish appropriate metrics such as KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Communicate risks and relevant mitigation plans
- Attend regular production status meetings to provide the status of programs and record assigned actions
What you Bring
- Minimum Bachelorâs Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or Supply Chain Management and 8+ years of experience in a software development, engineering or production environment
