REQUIRED Qualifications and Skills: Must have a master's degree in social work from an accredited college or university Candidates must be a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor 3 years or more of clinical experience Experience with completing evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to collaborate on a motivated team, excellent work ethic, and strong clinical skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant) Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels Responsibilities include: Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Provide services like individual, group, and family therapy Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Provide great customer service by working at least 2 weeknights and/or Saturday Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Bring awesome ideas to the table for topics like groups, outreach, and partnerships Passion for topics such as, but not limited to: Trauma focuses (i. e.
