La responsabilidad primaria del incumbente ser la administracin de un proyecto y de los empleados asignados a cada proyecto. Las responsabilidades directas incluyen, pero no se limitan a: programas de trabajo de todo el personal asignado al proyecto, establecer los estndares de servicios, realizar evaluaciones/auditorias del proyecto, velar por la utilizacin e inventario de equipo, control de presupuesto, evaluacin de ejecutoria del personal, solucin de problemas, orientacin y adiestramiento a empleados de proyectos, relaciones con el cliente y proyectos especiales segn sean requeridos. Tambin se asegurar de que el servicio sea provisto de manera propia y costo efectivo.

*Deberes y Responsabilidades Funciones Esenciales:*

+ Participar en el proceso de seleccin de personal. Entrevistar candidatos cuando sea necesario. Programar das libres, feriados, enfermedad y vacaciones, asegurando que las necesidades de la cuenta se cumplan de acuerdo con el control de horas.

+ Disciplinar a los asociados cuando sea necesario de acuerdo con el manual de acciones disciplinario de la Corporacin. Mantener un expediente para cada empleado con informacin pertinente al proyecto y estadsticas para propsitos administrativos y regulatorios.

+ Inspeccionar reas trabajadas garantizando que las tareas realizadas satisfagan los estndares de calidad de la empresa y del cliente y asegurando que se conserve las cuentas. Mantener expediente de inspecciones al da en archivos del proyecto.

+ Controlar y mantener los gastos y banca dentro de su ruta de responsabilidad bajo el presupuesto. Realizar la nomina de los empleados de los proyectos asignados.

+ Evaluar y justificar los suplidos, equipos y compras, segn ser necesario.

+ Preparar agendas diarias, semanales, mensuales, trimestrales y semestrales de trabajaos a ser realizados, documentar, mantener registro de tareas completadas con fechas.

+ Coordinar trabajos para fines de semana y someter copia de la agenda al Gerente.

+ Establecer y mantener comunicacin efectiva con el cliente y el personal de facilidades para comprobar que sus necesidades y requerimientos en relacin con la administracin del contrato se estn cumpliendo.

+ Asegurar el cumplimiento con todas las agencias reguladoras.

+ Mantener un ambiente laboral que est en condiciones sanitarias, seguras y ordenadas.

+ Demostrar y promover la filosofa de cultura, valores y administracin de ABM, Industries.

+ Ser proactivo para alcanzar las metas y objetivos de facilidades.

+ Demonstrar buen liderazgo y cumplir con los planes de ejecucin.

+ Como supervisor, se le podr asignar turnos rotativos y fines de semana para poder cumplir con las responsabilidades del puesto.

+ Cualquier otra tarea requerida, fuera de las funciones esenciales, para asegurar el buen funcionamiento del proyecto que sea asignado por el Gerente y/o miembro oficial de la Gerencia.

*Requerimientos Mnimos:*

+ Haber terminado escuela superior (preferible).

+ Un ao de experiencia supervisando (preferible).

*Conocimiento, Destrezas y Habilidades Requeridas:*

+ Habilidad para analizar e interpretar datos financieros y otros.

+ Demostrar habilidad para negocios en general.

+ Excelentes relaciones interpersonales.

+ Buena actitud hacia el servicio y la calidad.

+ Habilidad para planificar, organizar, establecer prioridades y efectividad en el manejo del tiempo.

+ Habilidad para trabajar bajo presin y cumplir con las metas y objetivos establecidos.

+ Habilidad para hablar en pblico.

+ Habilidad para reclutar y terminar empleados cuando lo requiera.

+ Tener sentido de urgencia y habilidad para cumplir con las fechas limites; ser autodirigido.

+ Se requiere que tenga vehculo personal de motor.

*Funciones Fsicas Requeridas:*

+ Habilidad para caminar o mantenerse de pie por periodos prolongados.

+ Habilidad para doblarse, inclinarse, alcanzar objetos en altura y levantar hasta 50 libras de peso.

+ Posible exposicin a qumicos que requieran vestimenta especial o equipo de seguridad
