Job Summary
In this position you will promptly answer questions, review documents, and assist in gaining resolution to any Human Resources questions that are called in, emailed, or made by walk-in customers. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong customer relations skills, listening skills and attention to detail when dealing with customers. You must also be able to ensure that all forms are completed correctly and completely. You will work with the customer to resolve any issues which requires thorough follow-up skills and strong communications skills. Some light data entry.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Customer service orientation, customer relations, respect for diversity, detailed, organization, communications, PC skills, SAP experience. Human Resources knowledge helpful. Not required.
