Key Responsibilities

Provide customers with exceptional bike service Regular maintenance/tune-ups Install new bike parts Troubleshoot issues and identify broken or damaged parts Articulate feedback to customers and team members Assist with the purchase of bikes, parts, and services Keep detailed records of the work done and parts used in the database Educate customers about the operation and maintenance of bikes and e-bikes Qualifications

Expert-level bike mechanic 3-5 years of bike mechanic experience Able to do Suspension Servicing, Wheel building, Mountain and Road Overhauls Must be comfortable speaking to customers in a friendly and professional manner Strong attention to detail Maintain a clean and safe workspace Able to work efficiently with a team Strong communication skills Well-developed organizational skills Work with a sense of urgency, full of energy, and a positive attitude Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must be +16 years old Job on location

What is the schedule for this job? Full-Time or Part-Time Monday to Saturday. Open and closing shift rotation. 8 AM - 10 PM. Rotating Saturdays. Holidays Required.
